An 8-minute walk to Susukino, Sapporo's famous dining and nightlife district — so after dinner and drinks, you can simply walk home. Nakajima-koen subway station is 1 minute away, and the direct bus from New Chitose Airport stops at Nakajima Park, so there are no transfers even with big suitcases. Two identical 2-bedroom apartments sleep 18 between them.

Is the price different from booking sites?

Yes. Our website is always cheaper than Airbnb, Booking.com and any other booking site, because we don’t pay a booking-site commission here and pass that saving on to you.

Is there an accommodation tax?

Since 1 April 2026, Hokkaido and Sapporo charge an accommodation tax. It is already included in your booking price, so there’s nothing extra to pay on arrival. Per person, per night, based on the room rate (excluding meals and consumption tax):

  • Under ¥20,000: ¥300 in total (Hokkaido ¥100 + Sapporo ¥200)
  • ¥20,000 to under ¥50,000: ¥400 in total (Hokkaido ¥200 + Sapporo ¥200)
  • ¥50,000 or more: ¥1,000 in total (Hokkaido ¥500 + Sapporo ¥500)
What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. There’s no front desk — a smart lock lets you come and go as you like. We’re unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out.

Do you speak English?

Yes. We reply to emails in English and Japanese (weekdays 9:00–17:00 JST).

How many beds are there?

It depends on the apartment:

  • AMS Tower Nakajima 1304 / 503: two bedrooms plus a bed in the living room
  • K&Y 105: bunk beds in three bedrooms
  • K&Y 203: two bunk beds and a double bed
  • Glanz Sara 203: two beds, plus a futon set in the closet for a third guest
Is there parking?

K&Y has free parking for 4 cars, reserved for our guests. AMS Tower Nakajima and Glanz Sara have no parking, but there are many paid car parks nearby.
